Ingredients :
In a bowl 🥣mix yogurt with spirulina
- 150-200 gr (4-5 tbs ) coconut or soya yogurt or regular Greek yogurt 🥥
- 1 tsp spiroulina powder 🌿
In a small pot cook 🔥the apple for 10-15 min in medium heat with orange juice, zest and cinnamon until softened
- 1 apple 🍎🍏
- orange juice (and a pinch of orange zest, you can also use clementine)🍊
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🍂
Toppings:
- healthy granola ( you can find and use my recipe)
- coconut flakes🥥
- raisins 🍇
- nuts 🌰🥜
- nut butter of your choice ( almond butter goes perfectly)🥜
- honey or maple syrup 🍯
In a bow place the “green” yogurt the cooked apple and your toppings and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea 🍵
