Ingredients :

In a bowl 🥣mix yogurt with spirulina

  • 150-200 gr (4-5 tbs ) coconut or soya yogurt  or regular Greek yogurt 🥥
  • 1 tsp spiroulina powder 🌿

In a small pot cook 🔥the apple for 10-15 min in medium heat  with orange juice, zest and cinnamon until softened

  • 1 apple 🍎🍏
  • orange juice (and a pinch of orange zest, you can also use clementine)🍊
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🍂

Toppings:

  • healthy granola ( you can find and use my recipe)
  • coconut flakes🥥
  • raisins 🍇
  • nuts 🌰🥜
  • nut butter of your choice ( almond butter goes perfectly)🥜
  • honey or maple syrup 🍯

In a bow place the “green” yogurt the cooked apple and your toppings and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea 🍵
