Egg White oatmeal protein bars Recipe
Ingredients
• 6-8 egg whites

2 tablespoons peanut butter or tahini
• 1 1/2 cup oats
• 2 packets Stevia
• 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
• Pinch of Cinnamon
• Pinch is salt
• ½ cup dried fruits
• 1 banana 🍌

Directions

Blend egg whites, peanut butter , fruits ,sweetener, banana, spices and oats,
. Pour into 9-inch pan with parchment paper , making sure it spreads evenly (use a knife).
. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
