Acai bowl

 

MATERIAL:🍴🥄
powerful blender or food processor
For one serving:

▪️1.5 frozen banana in slices🍌
▪️1 to 2 tablespoons acai powder or frozen acai purée
▪️1cup of frozen raspberries, strawberries or frozen blueberries
▪️1tsp vanilla extract
▪️1/2 cup of coconut milk or water
▫️Toppings (banana slices, peanut butter ,grated coconut, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, chocolate, nuts 🥜 )
🌸Instructions:
Peel bananas and slice into 1/2 inch discs. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a large plate,baking sheet🍌
Freeze for  at least 4 hours or do it the night before❄️

Place all the the ingredients in a food processor 🍌🍓🍒🥛.Mix until smooth and serve.
Put in a bowl or jar and decorate with your favourite toppings
